  • We offer free shipping in UK. There are no hidden or extra charges.
  • You only pay what you have seen in ORDER total amount.
  • All the orders will be dispatched from our UK branch.
  • All around the world people can send their products to this to our London office by post, by mail and their cost.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • All amounts refunded to the original payment method. All taxes are included in the order amount.
  • Orders will be shipped from our London branch within 2–3 working days and usually delivered within 6–8 working days.

  • We are offering only prepaid payment methods at this stage only. We accept Visa and Mastercard payments through Stripe. All transactions are securely processed via the Stripe platform. Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery or other payment options.

Shipping and Charges

We are proud to offer free shipping in UK. There are no hidden charges; the total amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay. Your order might be processed inside 2-3 business days. Most of our products are handmade or made to order. Production typically takes 1–2 weeks before shipment. We currently accept prepaid payments only. Visa and Mastercard payments are processed securely through Stripe. Cash on Delivery and other payment methods are not available at this time.

Return and Refund Policy
