Return & Exchange Policy

At British Outfits, our journey begins and ends with one simple goal: making sure you’re happy with what you receive. Every order is handled with care, and your trust matters to us. Your personal details are always kept private and are never shared with third parties.

We currently offer free delivery across the UK, and while we’re proudly UK-based, we’re already working behind the scenes to expand our shipping options internationally very soon.

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t feel quite right, and that’s okay. If you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, please ensure that:

  • The item is exactly as you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided

How to Start a Return

If you’d like to return an item, simply reach out to us first. Once approved, you’ll be guided through the return process.

Please note:

  • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • A tracking number and POD (Proof Of Delivery) must be shared with us once the item is shipped back
  • Always include your order number with the return to avoid delays

Refund Process

Once your return reaches us, our team will carefully inspect the item. We’ll notify you as soon as your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 8-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a little extra time for the funds to appear in your account.

Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch:
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it for a full refund. Just email us with the subject line:
CANCEL (Your Order Number)

After Dispatch:
If the order has already been shipped, you can still request a refund, but the item will need to be returned at your own expense. Email us with:
REFUND (Your Order Number), and we’ll help you with the next steps.

Items Not Eligible for Return

To keep our policy fair for everyone:

  • Orders placed for the same product in multiple sizes are not eligible for return.
  • Items missing original tags or returned more than 24 hours after delivery will not be accepted

Quality Checks & Assurance

Before any jacket leaves us, it’s carefully inspected for sizing, stitching, color, leather quality, and overall finish. If you ever feel something isn’t right, don’t hesitate to reach out.
